The main activity of the joint-stock company TEAL AD is the production of aluminum alloys and aluminum profiles.

The company was founded in 1979 as part of ALUMINA - Skopje. In 1989, TEAL was re-registered as a separate enterprise. In 1999, the German company RAKU became the dominant owner.

Over the past 10 years, the management team has introduced modern management and manufacturing practices, which have resulted in higher capacity utilization, increased sales and increased profits. This was rewarded with recognition of the quality of processes and products, through the successful introduction and certification of ISO 9001.2000. This further strengthened the company's competitive advantage in export markets, as a reliable supplier of aluminum profiles to the industry.

Since 2003, the company has recorded a steady increase in production and sales. In 2006, 2007 and 2008, maximum quantities of over 2000 tons of aluminum profiles and alloys were produced annually.

TEAL has a one-tier management system. The board of directors consists of 5 people, one of which is internal to the company, the others are external.

TEAL has a working space - an industrial building and land in Tetovo, production plants and an administrative building with a total area of ​​7981 m2 and land of 70,180 m2.

In the past few years, investments have been made in maintaining and modernizing the existing equipment. The strategic determination of the company is good quality and constant development, which the company guarantees with modern laboratories for metallography, spectrometry and mechanical testing, but also with the incoming control of raw materials and the final control of finished products.
