TEAL currently employs over 40 employees, including highly skilled and qualified personnel with many years of work experience. In addition, external collaborators have been hired. Production takes place in three shifts, which is conditioned by the goals of achieving greater capacity utilization.

The position of executive director is Mr. Sotir Chorbadjiev. By education, he is a graduate engineer and architect. His work experience, before coming to TEAL, is in cooperation with Skopje Alumina, where as an architect he participated in the design of profiles, but also in the design of construction solutions incorporating aluminum profiles. He is responsible for quality management, monitoring of production processes and management of the management information system.
